Did you pop the keys and use an alcohol swab? If it's still not working right and you have a replacement, soak it in dish water and let dry for 2 days, If it works, good. If not, well it wasn't working anyway.

Not yet - just discovered this last night while keeping the noisy beast in my den company. Remarkably hard to log in when two of the letters in my ID are not functional.

I need to do some hardware tinkering in the den anyway - the color-matched keyboard and mouse were a bonus, but I kinda miss the wireless one anyway.

Ah yes--I remember when I had to use copy and paste for any t or 5 and had passwords needing one of them. Joys of tech.
